At Noor Muskara, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of fashion products, our refund policy is carefully structured to maintain quality standards.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do NOT offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selection by customer
  • Minor color variation due to screen display differences
  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags and packaging

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Share order details and product images/video proof

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, we will initiate refund or replacement
  • If rejected, reason will be clearly communicated

In some cases, we may offer product replacement instead of refund depending on availability.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
